What do you like most?
Quick resolutions with system errors or technical issues. Potential 24-hour room master support in the event of system outages. Any payment issues room master support resolves themselves, relieving the stress off the hotel.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Continuous bug fixes and upgrades. Once the system is back available upon completion of updates the system tends to have issues after. Program updates can sometimes lose important information.
