What do you like most?
Everything with GuestRevu has been handled promptly and professionally. Whenever we've had a question, their support team responds quickly and follows through until it's actually resolved, which makes a real difference for a small property like ours.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing comes to mind. We do have properties where we'd love to see two-way integration, but that leans heavily on the PMS side rather than GuestRevu.
