What do you like most?
onboard has brought a great deal of structure and efficiency to our daily HR work. The digital employee file eliminates paper documents and manual scanning. Initially, we were primarily interested in talent management, but adding the recruiting module was also an excellent decision: Our job postings look professional and can be published directly on all relevant job portals. Features like Times & Shifts noticeably simplify our daily work, and the deadline monitoring for safety courses ensures full traceability during inspections. Furthermore, internal collaboration is transparent and seamless, and the HGV interface for employee registration saves us a significant amount of time. Overall, it's a reliable and innovative software that we use every day.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Continued expansion of interfaces and features – the product is already developing in a very positive direction. Keep it up!
