What do you like most?
Excellent experience with Duve's smart lock integration! The setup was seamless - guests get automatic mobile keys right after online check-in, zero front desk wait. Their integration with Salto and other locks is super reliable, and it has saved us hours of manual work. Guest satisfaction is up significantly. Support team is responsive and professional. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sometimes if the PMS or WiFi has a hiccup, the auto key generation can be delayed. A stronger offline fallback + a real-time dashboard showing lock status / battery / failed key deliveries would make it perfect.
