Seamless guest messaging, the hotel app that allows guests to order and request remotely, and the additional revenue generated from the upsell, and upgrade options made available to guests before arrival.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Greater flexibility to override some of the links with opera (in terms of updating guest details before the two systems have synchronised), and more work on the AI messaging assistant to reduce hallucinations.
