Helps with efficiency and communication through all departments. My team works through this daily and we always find other areas that help us find other areas we can updated or work with.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Key Account Tracking and Space Conflict Notifications. For Key account tracking we do not have an easy way to track per Organization on how key accounts are doing by organization vs overall. Also more reporting in Key accounts would be great. For Space conflict we don't get notified if we have two leads with the same space on if that space become unavailable due to one lead going definite. It would be great to get some type of notification for that to ensure we change the space for the other lead.
