What do you like most?
The seamless set-up process and clear reporting. I like the customization of styles, scheduling the messages, and helpful generative text editor.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Benchdirect - would love to see exactly who I'm compared against Personalization account settings - would be easier to see what properties are under which tier (whenever you upgrade or downgrade you could lose track, or miss out on a perk). Personalization content - when a duplicated message goes into all messaging + in the inactive section, so I need to untick index, and status and find the copy. Wish it had a better sorting option e.g. drafts section that automatically moves the copied messages without any filters.
