What do you like most?
Software is a very "user friendly". It is also easy to track work done everyday! Mistakes are also easy to correct it!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There are days that files are not uploaded in the system. Although it is not frequent, but I think this is the only flaw I've experienced so far within almost 3 years of using this software.
