What do you like most?
Communication with Guests on the go, easy to navigate, increase in revenue using the upsell feature. Fast check-ins meaning guest will have to wait shorter period of time than usual.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One thing I would recommend is to add the room number field on the registration card that is generated by the platform canary. Currently it does not have that detail and might be useful for night auditors and other staff to verify the reg. cards in the bucket while performing the bucket check.
