What do you like most?
The most useful features are creating offers and the ability to compress them into a single message including booking links, the ease of preparing newsletters, etc.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There are several areas that need improvement: the lack of an option to filter reservations by package name, the absence of a view showing active add-ons when creating offers, etc. Such enhancements would make working with the tool much easier.
