What do you like most?
Akia has allowed our guest service team to quickly and efficiently communicate with guests when and where they choose through SMS. We have increased incremental revenue through upsells and late check-out revenue.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Video tutorials and overviews when updates and upgrades are released would be fantastic. Template-based mini apps would be helpful when new products are released.
