Very user-friendly, with a team that genuinely listens to feedback and takes input on board. The support has also been fantastic throughout, making the overall experience really positive.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One area that could be improved is workflow management and task assignment. Having more robust functionality to easily assign and manage workflows across the team would make it easier to stay organised, improve accountability, and ensure nothing gets missed.
