What do you like most?
One of my favorite things about UpMail is the friendly competition it creates between properties. Our team enjoys tracking our activity and seeing how we compare to other hotels. We take pride in trying to send the most emails and stay at the top of the rankings. It keeps the team engaged, motivated, and focused on reaching out to clients consistently.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I need urgent assistance with an email formatting issue. The only way I can reliably paste content is by using "Paste as Plain Text," which removes all formatting and makes my emails difficult to use. When I use the standard paste option, the email appears normal in the draft, but recipients receive a completely blank email. This puts my outreach efforts at risk and is extremely concerning, especially when sending large batches of prospecting emails. Please treat this as a high-priority issue and resolve it so that standard copy-and-paste functionality works correctly without causing email content to disappear after sending.
