What do you like most?
we are absolutely thrilled! We use Raitify for a total of 9 restaurants and 2 hotels and love it! The implementation is a breeze. It's simple to use day-to-day and very intuitive. The support team is fast and responds exactly to our requests. Thank you for this huge simplification and time savings.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
All our wishes and requirements have already been fulfilled and implemented. We are more than satisfied. Still, there are 2 minor nitpicks: 1. For foreign-language replies, I would also like a German translation, so I know what we're replying and don't have to translate it myself. 2. When replies get too long, the "publish" button disappears and you're forced to shorten the reply.
