What do you like most?
Makes it easy to manage bookings across multiple platforms. Pricing, availability and other aspects of bookings are centralised reducing the likelihood of double bookings or mistakes. It also allows one to change which platforms accommodation is marketed to.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Parts of the website could be structure better to make information easier to find. This could be done with better menu trees, or a pop-up help function that gives direct links to information being sought.
