What do you like most?
onboard convinces with simple and intuitive handling in everyday use. A key advantage in hotel operations is the mobile availability of staff: since most teams do not sit at a fixed PC workstation, onboard provides the ideal channel to reliably involve the entire team. Complex roles and permissions – from interns to management – can also be accurately represented across locations. Daily HR tasks such as birthday management or sick leave management are seamlessly integrated and noticeably ease the workload. The support is a reliable partner, always quick and solution-oriented when questions arise.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We look forward to implementing the interface to our payroll office so that attendance management can be transferred automatically. This will result in even greater time savings for us.
