What do you like most?
Great for guest messaging, and for any closures, etc, great for upselling room types, breakfast, good to have Booking.com attached now.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It's a bit laggy, we have had cancellations before and it still sends duve messages to them, guests get quite annoyed with this.
