What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One area for improvement is the accuracy of sentiment analysis. Occasionally, guest reviews with a positive meaning are incorrectly classified as negative. Improving the system's ability to understand context, tone, and the overall meaning of guest comments would help us obtain more accurate insights and make better decisions based on guest feedback. This would be very valuable for monitoring guest satisfaction and managing our hotel's online reputation.
