What do you like most?
Concierge Organizer is an excellent tool, that allow the Concierge Team to have a great overview of everything that has been booked. We especially enjoy the great itinerary that can be printed individually for each guest, as well as how easy it is to add the charges directly to the guest's bill, from Concierge Organizer, without ever leaving it. Furthermore, the templates are also great. This way, we can contact restaurants, and limousine services, without ever having to leave Concierge Organizer. Concierge Organizer really does make our life a lot easier.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We really enjoy being able to add transfer cost, guided tours, etc. directly from Concierge Organizer to the guest's bill. What we would really enjoy, is to be able to have that same function for the Shipment module. This way, we could easily charge the guest directly for Shipments from Concierge Organizer, and we would be able to expand this module, so we could also use it for Valet Parking, Guest Laundry, etc.
