What do you like most?
I like the guest chat feature. It makes contactless check ons easier and allows us to find out any special requests well ahead of their check in.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The chat bots and auto replies could be more intuitive. The responses feel very generic. Other than that it's a great tool.
