The ability to easily sell additional services via the Suitepads. Communicating directly with the guest through the tablet also greatly helps in daily business.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Perhaps the lifespan and durability of the tablets could be improved. The tablets also get somewhat warm with prolonged use, which could possibly be optimized further.
