What do you like most?
What I like most about Profiroom is that I can rely on them and that they often anticipate my needs. I use Channel Manager and Booking Engine most often and, in my opinion, the quality of these tools definitely allows me to save time and at the same time work effectively to increase our revenue. The transparency, quality and design of reporting is at a very high level. All the products I use are also very intuitive. The share of direct bookings has significantly increased since we started using the tools offered by Profitroom.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The mobile app for the Suite would be much appreciated. Hard to tell what could be improved as all tools are constantly improved and new solutions are offered.
