What do you like most?
Simplicity of use. Creating job tickets and alerting across all departments so that all relevant people are aware of the role they play as observer, responsible person/department and alowing and restricting comments.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Hotelkit works well for me as is and I have not used it long enough to presume to be able to suggest any improvements.
