What do you like most?
HotelKit is user-friendly, flexible and can be quickly adapted by the user. And the support is great and very fast. The implant is arranged quickly and can therefore be applied quickly (even when the hotel is open) From my point of view, most results are achieved by improving communication between the various departments, which saves time. This has a direct impact on service and quality of work
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think by keeping it simple, I mean that adding more functions might lead to a lack of overview for the daily users. Phone updates are not always done automatic.
