What do you like most?
The online handovers and checklists are great, finally no more paperwork or notes. The repairs are very good for being assigned directly to our technician.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I've only been using Hotelkit for a month, and so far I haven't noticed any suggestions for improvement. At least 20 words could be deactivated here in this question.
