What do you like most?
We use this platform for guests who are staying with us as well as potential guests over the web. I really like this service because it is a comfortable way to communicate with the guests who are currently staying with us so we can fulfill their needs and allows us to offer a contactless check-out. It also allows people to ask us specific quests by simply texting us and we don't have to answer the phone for those easy questions. Hello shift uses a nice bell to notify us when there is a new message and when a message has been answered.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Hello Shift has become very familiar to me at this point, but when i fist starting using it there could have been simple pages like there could be more user friendly labelling but that's really my only suggestion.
