What do you like most?
The fact that we can combine booking engine - channel manager - campaign manager - etc makes it easier to manage. Also the fact that the account manager and technical support is very present and helpful on all tools.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The way offers and packages appears in the booking engine could be improved - it is only by rate so far
