What do you like most?
This is a great tool for hotels. The communication is second to none. As a manager I get alerts on my phone, there is also an app you can check which is easy to use. Guest messaging is also very helpful for guests request and other inquiries. I have worked with other systems throughout my 14 year career and HelloShift is most certainly above the rest. If you do not have it yet make sure to get it as it will help better you hotel and staffs' communication.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There really is not much HelloShift is missing at this point. I apologize but I cannot think of anything as far as improvements. It literally has it all.
