What do you like most?
WE DON'T LIKE IT We have been using Sprout's platform for many years and wanted to switch to Emplifi about 5 months ago. When we cancelled, they made us stay longer, but when we finally got around to canceling and we had finished our contract and started with a new platform, Sprout continues to charge us and even though we have tried to contact the person who was once our advisor, we have been ignored. Currently, we continue to pay monthly when we no longer use their services. We need them to resolve this and give us our overflow of what has been paid. We have used their platform for many years, and about five months ago we decided to migrate to a new one. During the cancellation process, we were persuaded to stay longer than we had initially planned. However, when we finally managed to cancel the service and end our contract, we began using a new platform. Despite this, Sprout has continued to charge us monthly, even though we no longer use their services. We have attempted to contact our account advisor on several occasions, but have unfortunately been ignored. Additionally, due to internal operational restrictions, we are unable to cancel the card being charged, and the Sprout platform also does not allow for the deletion of payment information. This situation has us in a difficult position, as we continue to pay for a service we neither need nor use. We urgently request that this situation be resolved by allowing the removal of the card from the platform and proceeding with the refund of the amounts paid after cancellation. We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter, as we have been loyal customers for a long time and believe this deserves a prompt resolution. Note: This review does not focus on what we like, but rather on the aspects we have not liked about the Sprout platform. We have been users of the Sprout platform for several years, relying on their service to manage our operations. However, approximately five months ago, we decided to switch to a new platform, Emplifi, to improve our capabilities and adapt to our growing needs. During the cancellation process with Sprout, we found ourselves in a difficult situation. Although we expressed our intention to cancel, we were persuaded to stay longer than we had initially planned. Ultimately, we were able to cancel the service and terminate our contract, allowing us to start with Emplifi. However, to our surprise, Sprout has continued to charge us on a monthly basis, even though we no longer use their services. This has created a great deal of frustration, especially since we have tried to contact our former account advisor on several occasions, but have received no response. This lack of attention is disappointing, considering how long we were loyal customers. Furthermore, we face an additional problem: due to internal operational restrictions, we are unable to cancel the card that is being used for billing. What makes the situation worse is that Sprout’s platform does not allow us to delete payment information, leaving us trapped in a cycle of unwanted charges for a service we no longer need. This situation has put our trust in Sprout at risk and created operational and financial inconveniences for our company. What should have been a straightforward cancellation process has turned into an ongoing hassle. We are therefore urgently requesting that this situation be addressed by allowing our card to be removed from the platform and processing a refund for the amounts paid after cancellation. We strongly believe that a company with Sprout's track record should offer a more responsive and responsive resolution to these types of issues. We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and hope that it will be resolved as soon as possible.
