I haven't had a chance to use the app much, but the technical support team works very well. They respond quickly to every e-mail.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I believe that a web-based usage would be better. The cloud is always easier to manage and more convenient. I believe that a web-based usage would be better. Cloud is always easier to manage and more convenient. I think you should follow the technology trend and definitely move to the cloud.
