What do you like most?
We use Canary Technologies for credit card authorizations and digital tipping. This system is very easy to use for our staff and our hotel guests. Digital tipping allows the guests an extra avenue to show appreciation to staff members in all departments.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The only setback we have with credit card authorizations is not having access to the CVV number, we do understand this is for security purposes.
