What do you like most?
Beautiful design of the website, quick and uncomplicated creation of offers, automation of processes such as reminder emails, extras are a great feature.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Customizability for regular guests, we are generally on first name terms with the guests and it would be nice to be able to strike a more informal tone with the offers.
