What do you like most?
Sertifi gives easy reporting and tracking for payment processing by credit card and bank transfer allowing easy payment processing for clients and easy tracking as the vendor. Allows for supporting documents to be added for the client to see what they are paying for, signing contracts and event orders. Tracking information is made easy through the search filters and allows for multiple staff members to access single accounts if needed. Refunds are made easy through tracking the client's payment and easily refunding the same method they paid by making sure money is not sent back in another fashion. If you are looking for an easy-to-use system that does not get complicated when training new staff members on how it works this system is a great choice.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The system is very easy to use for both clients and employees there isn't anything I have seen which could be improved upon.
