What do you like most?
A great system that is easy to use even for those guests that hate technology. Guests don't need to download an app o and the system responds to them straight away. We are able to review all conversation and join in if needed.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sometimes changing things in the background can be a little bit complicated but I have always found the guys at SABA extremely response. Assisting with a question or helping you change something has always been fixed quickly and without any issue.
