What do you like most?
Our account manager Deirdre is extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the management of the booking engine & CMS. The reports and catch up meetings are great for increasing sales as Deirdre is great for advising on what may or not work for each season. Any queries are responded to in a very timely manner. Client services are also extremely good at resolving any queries and issues that may arise.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing for the moment, we are due to change to the new booking engine in 2024, which I believe is even more user friendly.
