What do you like most?
I’m so happy with everything in this collaboration. Blastness has provided me with a complete solution to help us increase the overall performance of the hotel (I could only give a review for 3 products). What I’m the most happy about is how caring and professional their team is. I have recurring meetings with them where they give me all kinds of insights and information on how I can better use their systems and market knowledge to operate our online distribution in the best way possible. On top of that, they’re always available for any enquiry with quick replies and actions if needed.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Up until now I can’t say I have anything to complain about. Everything has been great from the start. Of course everything can always be improved, but in the years I’ve been working with Blastness I have seen constant improvements to their systems, so I know they are always working to find ways to improve their products.
