What don't they do well. We use it on a daily basis to improve and grow as a business. We use it in all aspects of the business, and would hate to be without it. Helen is an asset to their team and is a pleasure to work with, and provides the highest level of support.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There may be a report or two I would like to have made, but they are constantly improving their platform and give opportunities for their customer to request improvements.
