It is great to have a central tool as MARA for your reputation management. The reporting is very convenient and helps improve the different departments.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We would appreciate further development in order to reply directly from MARA. Certain OTA's still require multiple clicks. Airbnb could require some further work too.
