What do you like most?
MARA saves us a lot of time in guest relations. The AI-generated review responses are a strong starting point and keep our tone consistent across all 11 properties. The sentiment analysis and category drivers show us quickly where each location stands, and the automatically created service tickets help us turn guest feedback into concrete operational tasks. The MCP integration lets us query review data directly in our AI workflows, which is a big plus. Support is responsive and easy to reach.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
At the moment we don't see any major need for improvement. MARA already covers our key requirements well, and the team is open to feedback whenever something comes up.
