What do you like most?
I like the fact that it is very user friendly, customizable to the property's needs. The reports are pretty fluid even though they are still improving several facets of this Sales tool. Currently this tool does not talk to property PMS due to brand legal requirement-but sure can be used for independent hotels or in future can be integrated to a multi dimensional interface. As a seasoned hotelier, partner, Sales leader, I can tell this is an affordable tool in comparison to the high end software that may not fit in operational budget.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
1- Interface to brand pms. 2- Options to have an app on Android and IOS ecosystem. 3- More reporting options that can be tailored.
