What do you like most?

What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One improvement that would make TrustYou even more effective would be to increase the refresh rate of performance counters. The current update delay sometimes slows down decision-making, especially when tracking real-time trends in customer feedback or assessing the impact of recent operational changes. Faster synchronization, closer to real time, would enhance the platform's value for teams that need immediate information. Even offering an optional “high-frequency update” mode could be a significant improvement for users who manage multiple properties. Reducing this delay would make dashboards more dynamic and improve the overall responsiveness of data-driven operations.
