What do you like most?
Partnering with The Hotels Network has truly elevated our digital guest experience. In just a few months, we’ve seen a clear boost in engagement and direct bookings, thanks to personalized messaging and smart, flexible campaigns. The platform’s ease of use allows our team to adapt quickly to guest behavior and market trends.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The Hotels Network could slightly improve the way we communicate. We have a great account manager, and we have absolutely no complaints about her, but we do miss the option to reach someone by phone for more urgent matters. Additionally, having the system available in Polish would make our work much easier. Other than that, we are very satisfied.
