What do you like most?
It is an intuitive system that continues to evolve to improve. The ease of use along with the many functionalities appeals to me the most.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The communication lines. Mews has grown incredibly fast in a short period, resulting in a lot of AI chats being used to ask questions. My personal preference remains a communication system where you can sometimes spar or ask questions from person to person. However, Mews does organize Round the Table sessions, where hoteliers come together to share experiences and knowledge.
