What do you like most?
What I value most is being able to have a clear vision in one place of what our customers think. It helps us quickly detect what we are doing well and where we have room for improvement, and to transfer it to the day-to-day of the hotel.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be interesting to have an even simpler and more visual presentation of the data, which makes it easier to quickly detect trends, critical points, and improvement opportunities without having to delve so deeply into the reports.
