What do you like most?
The system is very easy to use and saves a significant amount of time. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to respond to reviews efficiently and professionally without having to invest a lot of time.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The only thing that could be improved is the website widget. It would be great to have more options regarding the design and greater flexibility to customize it individually so that it better matches each hotel’s website and branding.
