What do you like most?
Being able to view all reviews via a single tool—and respond to a large portion of them from there—significantly simplifies the process of responding to guest feedback. Of course, the answers generated by raitify.com are also a huge help here. What excites me most, however, is that by using AI-driven analysis to translate collected guest feedback into concrete recommendations for action, I can show staff from various departments—with less time and administrative effort—where there is clear potential for improvement, thereby enhancing the guest experience.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be great if Expedia dropped its resistance, allowing all reviews to be published via the tool. For us, Expedia is the only channel where the feedback generated still has to be transferred using copy-and-paste.
