What do you like most?
We've been using Kosmo AI for our website and for guest support during their stay for a year now. We've always found chatbots to be helpful, and the Kosmo AI team, especially Daniele, is always very kind, helpful, and quick to assist us.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
In our case, as we often change destinations, forms, and various information, I would like there to be frequent automatic knowledge updates from the website.
