What do you like most?
The major advantage of Onboard lies in its clear overview of numerous incoming applications, including a messenger function. No more email chaos when applications arrive. The channel manager for easily publishing job postings is a very positive feature. With just a few clicks, you can advertise the position on multiple platforms with the same design.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
A simple integration of WhatsApp would further enhance the messaging function. Ideally, one could then view emails and WhatsApp messages in a continuous communication thread with the applicant.
