What do you like most?

One of its biggest advantages is the clear presentation of CompSet performance indicators, making it easy to compare results and monitor the hotel’s position against competitors. It is a user-friendly and valuable tool for the daily analysis of guest feedback and performance.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be great to have the option to dispute reviews published on third-party platforms directly through the system, as well as a more seamless integration with these platforms. This would make managing, monitoring, and responding to guest reviews much easier and more efficient, all from one place.
