What do you like most?
Duve is great for the guest app, online check-in process and communication with guests. The letters can be designed really nicely, everything connects and looks good. WhatsApp communication is wonderful, we also use the AI suggested replies to save time.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Not sure, because it works really well and is very flexible for changes and different workflows. Their customer experience team is wonderful and reliable, always positive.
